Excellent learning curve

I am a quick learner who is eager to experience new job opportunities within a viable working environment. I have excellent people skills and communicate professionally with them. I have the ability to convey factual information clearly and work within given timeframes. I work well with or without supervision, doing the job right the first time around. My aim is to work in a challenging environment where I can grow and develop a career in that field.

Good company with very bad HR

Liebherr as a company is great, but our Human Resource does things by their own book as if they are running their households. People are scared to get information from them because they think they will outsmart them people leave the company rather than resolving issues they have with HR they are scared of victimization

Pros: Only great people and some managers
Cons: No growth, instead of promoting you they transfer you and the salary remains the same. You will sweat for nothing

Good learning curve

We learn everyday and I'm always open minded to new ideas and love challenges as they help us grow stronger . Well motivated and eager to learn even further. Well motivated and disciplined.we work under pressure sometimes and with customers , some are difficult ones and other are understanding . Different approaches with customers even on a dialy break downs jobs. Patient and understanding are the key to my dialy breakthrough.

Achieved a lot

I love challenges, am.a go getter. Im happy if my customers are happy. Company I work for does not look after their staff who is valuable and loyal to them. In the department I am working I have bern promoted to the Senio sales supervisor & upon that I was given Key accounts to manage. Huge accounts. At the end of the day, happy customers but unhappy employee.
