My work experience
I do door to door distributing pharmphlets and outreaches at Malls teaching people the importance of protecting your self against HIV and AIDS. It's sometimes becomes difficult when you get people who are not welcoming, but also exciting cause you learn. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers cause we enjoy the job we doing. I have learned how to communicate with different type of people and understand that not everyone is the same. I enjoy been able to help people in the knowledge I give when distributing pharmphlets and talking to the community. The challenging part it's people who are not very welcoming it makes my job difficult cause they don't communicate very well.
Pros: Great working enviroment and I get to meet different people
Cons: I don't work the whole day, so the hours are not long at all

Learning curve
The most challenging aspects about my current job is we are not trained whenever there are new projects we just continue working and learn whilst working and the most exciting or rather what i enjoy most is that thorough that we are able to sit down and discuss as a team and see where we went wrong and we also learn from one another how to go about and at the end we able to see successful projects.
Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: No growth

A practical experience gaining place
Everyday differs because sometimes it gets rather hectic when we have to meet deadlines and other days are not as hectic. I have a great relationship with colleagues, we all support and help each other. I have learnt to express my self politely but be firm when necessary. I appreciate the support my colleagues and I give each other. The hardest thing about the job is not being appreciated by management and theirtalking down approach
Pros: Practical experience
Cons: Not getting paid enough
