i manage all the primary,emergency and occupational health conditions.I aim currently working alone,i also do all the admin and management duties.I have good relationship with the clients.I have learnt lot of things in my current job,I have learned to be independent.

Team leader

Transnet is a transportation company dealing with permanent and part time employees total of +- 4500 inclusive of part time. Has different hazardous exposures depending on different sections. There is a MHP who works scheduled hours, the rest of the days OHNP is responsible for Medical survelencies , PHC, IOD's. Also management of chronic conditions. It is aa very busy clinic.

Pros: Clinic manager
Cons: 12. This is a 24 hour operation. Employees are working forward rotational shift work. Working a12 hour shift ensures all personnels are seen to.
