At lifestyle financial service while I'm working I learnt a lot of things like how to deal with customers and how to convince the reason to buy this thing I'm selling. I don't like to sell the product toventer door to door in at loxion.
Pros: i had a good working in this company and i the opportunity to work in a compain of fnb to open bank account of FNB for 6 s weeks
Cons: 12 hours

Good customer service
I developed good communication, telephone skills. It's hard to work in a call centre because you receive calls all day even when you are not in the right space to help clients with their queries, but once you get used to it is a great experience because you deal with customers with different queries and it feels good to make a difference in someone else life. To make outgoing calls to sell personal loans and debt consolidation to clients across the whole country. When your customer is stolen by another agent is the depressing part our job because it's hard to get hold of clients during the day when they are at work, and the greatest part for customers was that we save them the time of going all the way to the bank to get a loan because we complete the whole application telephonically and the client receives the feedback within 24 hours.
Pros: Good customer service
Cons: Long hours

Enjoyed my daily task
- Enjoy the work it was a good learning curve. Another concern is that management lack management skills. There's no consistency, staff are employed to do the same job with the same job title but does not earn the same. Leave are granted to favourite employees, if management does not like you your leave gets declined, you submit your leave form in the appropriate time period of 2 weeks or a month but it gets declined, your colleagues that just got back 2 weeks ago from maternity decides to put in leave the day before and it gets approved.Employment contracts is a concern.I don't understand how can one person that only possess a Matric oversee various departments as she is not the director of the company, No confidential skills, gossiping and to top it off very rude and disrespectful to staff
Pros: Not a generous company to work for, treat staff like trash
Cons: Unable to take leave a day before a public holiday or after a public holiday or in between public holidays. December months everyone is required to be at work you not entitled to leave

Customer service and Infrstructure Manager
I have to see to customer queries, ensure that customers receive the best assistance and response with regard to their concerns. I also have to deal with new user setups and authorisations as well as floor plans. I maintain a good relationship with my co-workers as we are working together to ensure we exceed our customers expectations as well as achieving our targeted sales goal. I have learnt the importance of customer service and achieving customer goals. Being a Manager has also taught me how to attend to matters, how to handle them, how I should treat my co-workers and those reporting to me. The main challenge is dealing with a difficult customer. When my team members are unable to resolve a query with a customer, I will intervene to assist the customer. In many instances in life, I too am a customer and would appreciate being treated with respect, therefore they deserve respect from me as well.
Pros: Many positions/roles therefore, gained a lot of experience
Cons: Company is restructuring

Great opportunity,
I have been working for Lifestyle Financial Services for over 4 years now. I started as a Sales consultant in the Outbound department. It was hectic as we used to sell debt consolidation loans to existing client and other clients can be difficult and rude. Some don't even want to give a chance to explain how the loan will benefit them. My relationship with my colleagues is great now because only now they got to understand the kind of person I am. They say i'm too serious and hard to please. I have learned to work under pressure as we also earned commission and being accurate because we captured client's details. But today I am monitoring call center call and offer coaching were applicable.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth, you just have to prove that your also eager to grow and learn new things.
Cons: I am now used to what I do and its not exciting anymore, It has become a routing.
