Excellent learning curve, and experience

Have not seen much yet. Just mostly comments from fellow employees and what I heard from ex employees. Salary part I'm not really happy. Don't see it increasing sooner ,because it has been this way for years now. There is no stability as there are benefits.

Pros: there is prosperity
Cons: working hours not consistant

Good Learning experience

I was working with the pay roll officer ,I hand to compile the candidates file ( people the company was hiring ) I had to make sure that everything was in the file and if there's something missing I have to call them to send it to me . It was a great, learning experience for me as It was the time doing that kind of a job but I enjoyed it. It was challenging when they don't send all the required documents and I had to send their files as they had to be paid, so I had to make sure that everything is done in time.

Pros: Learning curve and a promotion
Cons: Long hours when we are behind with our jobs

Good experience

It was my first time working in a call center environment, knowing the ever one thing wish is retail. But the one common thing is Customer service. It was pleasant and we all knew each other as the call center was small in number of people. There were about 5 groups and each team was unique as was specializing in certain work or programs and sometimes we had games of competing amongst each other as group. Team leaders were awesome. It was only sometimes were the business would be very slow and client would be not qualifying for loans and the systems would be declining them. And would be very frustrating as sales targets are not been reached.

Pros: The only two promotions one would get is to become QC or Team Leader
Cons: Normal working hours

Great learning curve

I have been a Sales Consultant for 5 good years. I love facing people and solving their problems. I have worked for 2 major Banks which are Nedbank and Absa and iThala as well when Lifestyle Financially Services took me in to learn more about the sales business on a managers point of view. Or a totally different and I leaned a but I think client facing is my calling.

Pros: Spending most hours in meetings
Cons: Owning your working hours.
