I serve under three catergories which are as follows, Helpdesk Support, Desktop Support and Network Support. I install and update Symantec End user antivirus, Microsoft office, configure and troubleshoot emails

Hardworking Passionate Good in developing organisational structures Understand the concept on reporting line Excels in developing procedure manuals and mapping the processes for each component Good at compiling job descriptions Good at general administrative work Good interpersonal skills useful for interviews Computer literate Team player Listen attentively Respect and give courtesy to my supervisors and subordinates Assist well in job evaluating Challenges include not meeting everyone's interests when restructuring the organisation

Pros: Great mentor to work with
Cons: Working with computer illiterate people and tribalism exists
