Learning a lot on my new job

At my work places there is a lot of challenges like dealing with complains from the clients, officers and management as the whole day to day operation involves me. My co-workers especially officers on sites prefer to deal with me directly rather than the HR or managers as the believe i do understand them. I have learnt that when you are on operation you start to realise that people have got different perspectives of dealing with issues or matters so you need to deal with all the staff members differently. I am working with my managers who are always there for me when it comes to guidens and are always there to show me the way when i get stuck. My most aspect of my job is that sometimes some officers do get paid on time and when they ask their supervisor the will tell them that they must ask me insteady of directing them to the HR Department and when they do call me, most of the words coming from them are harsh towards me as if i was to blame.

Pros: Chances are there for promotion as there are so much people who have been promoted to management position
Cons: Sometimes i work from 06:00 until 20:00 if i am employing new officers

Experienced situation at workplace

Since I started working at this company I've learned to be patient as I'm working long hours with different kind of people. And it normally get busy during Christmas holidays and that's where loads of work arrives.

Pros: There is no such opportunities
Cons: 12 hrs
