i work as area supervice for gauteng region which is about 40 sites. i supervice all security officer on duty. i check for any risk around the premises. i do post most of our sites, driving all around gauteng posting guards. report to my manager and write weekely report.
Pros: working as a supervicer is a big challeng. you make sure that u know all people you a supervicing. you meet all your client, some in daily bassis some weekely. you must also speak for your securtiy officers, displine them is you must. make sure you meet your daily target.
Cons: know your work and your people you working with that the key point. do your work properly

Am ready to work and deliver a good service
security is a high risk job especial if you a supervisor. first is the security guard we a dealing with. we meet different people with different character. you had to me hard on them. secondly is when is the time to respond to an incident on site. you need to get there on time, meet some client, write an incident report.
Pros: am ready to wrok and learn more and futhered my education skills
Cons: am working hard at the momemnt and i cant loose my direction. am prepare to work overtimes
