The Managing Director gave me so much freedom and engouraged me to learn.

I was originally employed to only to the Accounts Function. After a few months I started with their Payroll as well. I was then introduced to BEE from which I learned so much and managed to maintain a Level 2 for 3 years! As we were a generic company and with the codes changing this was quite an achievement as our competitor only reached a level 5 or 4 certain years. I then also started with our EE - which again was such a challenge as I needed to train myself to ensure we complied. I managed to clear both a DOL and EE audit without any non-compliance.

Learnership programme.

I have been at the company for about a year now.I am on a learneship programme of which I took up to have a chance at at expanding to other employment opportunities within the company once I concluded it. I have met wonderful beings that are genuine in the xompnay.I have also met few people who seem to not have knack for modrn approached to business. Ican safely say that the experience has been worthwhile like any experience in life.

Pros: Opportunity for company to grow was promising
Cons: Unfortunately a few individuals in leadership positions seemed out of touch with modern ways of business.

Not permanent as yet

I have been working here for the past 3 years and no growth or permanent I enjoy my work very much but the company has no growth and im going nowhere slowly

Pros: its close to home and i enjoy what i do

Young and willing to learn new things also would like to further studies in a shipping field

Admin for shareholders diffrent systems to access and you stay in one position no way for you to grow as you on a monthly contract. You never know if you going to get a new contract because there is no communication woth the agent and company with yourself. You just get a new contract by email

Good opportunities

Good day thank you for the opportunity, in my years of working I find myself working well under pressure by handling n solving high volume of calls with complicated issues . I therefore find myself look for a new learning curve in your company .

Excellent learning curve

There is no growth There are no motivation in the working environment all advantages are for permanet stuff only month to month contract no stability salary is also no difference with being permanent.
