Part of a larger group. Small enough to allow autonomy, but large enough for support.

Abilities include good communicator, excellent leader, visionary strategist, customer orientation, stabiliser. I spend most of my time guiding and managing the direction of the company. Sometimes into a detail level, to ensure the right outcome. I manage the HR of the company as well as finances.

Pros: More in line with my interests.
Cons: New venture.
