Determined, dedicated, honest and disciplined

I am hands on manager, who Malagasy seek a better way of doing things. I am very much time oriented and always meet my deadlines. I have very good relationship with the people whit report to me and I try to pass skill to them as much as I so that they too can grow in their careers.

Learning curve

I work from Monday to Friday from 8:0am - 4:00pm. My co workers and I work very well and hard together with collaborative work and environment. I have learnt this the corporate environment functions as well as working independently. I enjoy the challenges and problems solving. The most challenging aspects are working from home and work load can be intense.

Exellence Learning Curve

I have found it very easy, wonderful working in this Company I am in. I have enjoyed every department I have worked in even the one I am still working in, the relationship I have made with the people I have worked with was the very best. Working days are long but keeping you busy I have learn a lot because I have worked in 4 different department with lot of experience gained. I have enjoyed the most working in Internal Audit and security Administrator as It helps on communicating with more people in the working Environment
