Accelerated progress in y introduction to the digital marketing industry

My duties and the environment i worked in was extremely exciting, always having to come up with innovative ways, remaining relevant and travelling across the district. Overseeing all digital campaigns and projects for South African Breweries’ Castle Lite brand. Oversee the Scope, Time Management, Cost, Human Resources and Risk, Communication, and Procurement Management of the Project  Managing the team of Designers, Copywriter Editor, and Account Executive  Attend campaign meetings and status update meetings  Scope Management - Brief Director and Operations Managers on a weekly basis  Organize all Castle Lite weekend events for activations of products  Plan and manage all team schedules; team activities; project schedules; and brainstorm sessions  Write briefs for all campaigns and plan work schedules thereafter  Planning of the Castle Lite Extra Cold Music Concert

Pros: Great learning opportunity and exposure
Cons: clients that kept changing requests, therefore delaying completion of our work plans.

Typical agency life, getting work assigned on a daily basis, good relationship among co-workers. learning more about the digital world and working on a number of digital platforms.

Pros: exposure to different digital platforms, Being a Tester and adding value to the SDLC. Assisting and helping peers and learning new things.
Cons: no career growth

I have had the opportunity of working in various departments. Fun to work with people.

It was a great work place with amazing people. The salary was not good. I've been with the company for 8 years and I was given a sudden notice that I am retrenched.
