Excellent Learning curve

A typical work day is full of action in different areas,it generally requires to move around a lot and sort out different things simultaneously. The company employees difference races and cultures which makes it hard sometimes to communicate and agree to how certain things work,or should work according to their view.I have learned how to be part of a team and also how to work independently and under pressure,I have also learned how to plan and ensure all deadlines are met and all reports are sent on time to the correct person. I enjoy working with people and helping solve problems in a creative and cost efficient way.I have also learned that there is NO space for selfish people as that destroy's the teams devotion to the project and company. I find that conflict can ruin a work relationship very easily and should be sorted out as soon as a problem arises.

Excellent in growth

My name is Ndifelani Lawrance Ramaremisa. I have more than ten years of experience working in different massive Civil Engineering construction roads and structural projects. Within all the projects I have been playing a role as Laboratory Technician, site Laboratory Manager, Site Material Civil Technician and also as Quality Assurance Officer. I have been doing testing on different specimen recovered from the road and suppliers and also received many different competency certificates for the quality testing of materials such as testing of Bitumen, Soils, Aggregates and Concrete in terms of SANS and TMH methods etc. And I have also achieved certificate in SANAS 17025 Laboratory system and also have a knowledge of running the site through ISO-9001 system, SHE Management. I have 2 years qualification for Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and also on the verge to complete my diploma in Civil Engineering. I

Great work experience

Very challenging, the pressure always require one to think out of the shell and come up with solutions. It teaches one to develop a thick skin and stand tall against all odds. No room for sympathy.

EXCELLENT LEANING CUVER WITH LESS DEVELOPMENT

-More faling -good relationship with core work -lot to be learn, quality system,processing,surveying,analysing... -co-ordinating between us and the client. -implementing of new system to old people which they dont like it.

Learning how to professional handle contracts,

I have good interpersonal skills, guiding skills, teaching / couching skills, demonstration skills, enthusiastic about the quality of the work, honest and precise, always willing to help, assist other to perfect their performance, skills transfer. I have learnt to closely check my colleagues (junior's work) regardless of how much I trust them, as their faults become mine and would be a huge cost to the company no matter how small they might look, their impact multiplies.

Pros: To get registered as a professional candidate.
Cons: Long working hours and weekend work even public holidays.

National Diploma in Civil Engineering and Btech in Quality

I obtained my btech in Quality and National diploma in Civil Engineering at Cape peninsula univercity of technology. I worked at Group Five Construction for 9 years and 11months starting as a junior engineer to Quality site engineer. I joined Liviero civil as a Regional Quality manager and worked for a year.

Pros: Project manager
Cons: I do not have a problem on working long hours

Civil technician

I am a very proactive individual when it comes to executing tasks at hand and given at work. I am very good at working with people of any level which shows a very good team working management. I am currently pursuing a bachelor of Technology in Geotechnical engineering and currently a registered member of SAICE and SACPCMP.

Pros: Extensive experience on site which enhanced my skills of solving problems technically on site.
Cons: Mismanagement
