Had the opportunity to turn oround on Mechanical KPi's and cost

Working for Liviero mining was a honor and a great experience as i had to deal with a huge amount of problem solving at first but after my strategy plans were in place and excepted all went smooth and i received the credit learnt.

Pros: Had a fast pace but enjoyable work environment
Cons: No off times really as always on standby by phone or Laptop should company requires any technical assistance

I have good communication with all employees

i was working under a lot of pressure due date and my relationship was very good with all the co-workers all learnt a lot of and again lot of experience i enjoy when we have do paper work and drafting sop and cop becouse ni know that im gaining information.the most challenging part is when there is a pressure from the manager when he need his production

Pros: the opportunity i got in this company was when im promoted to be a safety officer
Cons: 12 hours a day
