How to be a good leader,managing different people

Doing one thing everyday is boring,i have a good relationship with my co workers,otherwise I know where not to skip the line.i have learned to work with different religion and to respect everyone.when we receive boxes,i enjoy it most.its when it is quite and not making any sales.

Great learning curve and challenges faced that would help me in the retail industry

Its great working at lizzard ,theres always something you learn from.The hours is great always helping too have balance with work and life .Staff memebers are fantastic and always has a positive energy.The store is quite and not too many customers comes in too buy ,only now and then.

Pros: Great stuff and excellent working hours
Cons: Very quite store
