Great learning path

Room for growth

I have been handed the opportunity of working in Hr where I enjoy handling different employee quiries, even where they come to me needing advice in their personal life, it gives me great joy seeing that there is trust between me and the employees because they know they can alway know that we are working together and not against We have recently been facing hard financial challenges where some personnel were retrenched by we try in all to make sure that there is hope that all will be well in no time, because now people fee threatened and uncertain but I have realised that my communication with them has improved so much over the years and there is trust Retrenchment was the hardest highlight of my career but I had to push through and offer help where I can e.g drafting cv and sending emails on their behalf.

Pros: I learn everything, payroi, reports, IOD, administration etc
Cons: Too much to learn in a short space

Perefect platform for learning including CREO CAD and SIEMENS NX

great place which gave the opportunities and skills i have at the moment, a place i look forward to going every morning as i love what i do even had an opportunity to work at denel vehicle services to improve my skills.

Pros: work your worth and you will be rewarded accordingly
Cons: long hours including weekends at times

I learned a lot

I have been very privileged to work for a company like LMT Products because in the short time that I have been there I learned a lot and I had the best introduction in the corporate world. The management didn't act like bosses but real leaders that you can talk to about everything, the policy was that there is no stupid question to ask so I knew I was more than welcome to ask what ever question I thought I had and I knew I would not be judged.

Pros: Great growth opportunity
Cons: Hard work
