Eg Excellent learning curve

I work as asembly fitter,we are building military vehicles,i have a good relationship with my co works,,we have a very strong team,,we apply and show skills to one another,i enjoy doing my work as it's been one of the job i wanted to do in my life

Good learning curve

Good working environment. Great working relationship with co-workers. I have learnt programming NX 10. I enjoyed been on training. The most challenging aspect was the salary adjustment. Worked both night and day shift.

Pros: No resources to complete my diploma due to low income.
Cons: Normal working hours

Wonderfull experience

I learnd alot at LMT im more motivated The guys i was working with were suportive and we worked as a team Unity is very important U will always find a co worker that is down and eg. Its not itss day i will always find a way thru Gods grace to motivate and help someone out I like a job that is challenging and we can discuss it and plan how u going to perform the job faster and accurately "TIME IS MONEY AND GOOD QUALITY"

Good

A type of work I do is to welder. I do have a good relationship with my co-work .I learn to work with deference people and underparts.I enjoy t tig.wan my boss is not happy.
