No opportunities for grown Busy environment as it needs someone who is ready to work under pressure Team is welcoming and motivating Supervisors work with dedication Management is looking for a positive outcomes always Salary us good as compare to Salary is good for starting up candidates who are fresh from school Too much pressure from the team leaders

A new experience

I have been able to apply my 10 years experience in the financial administration field in a new sector and have learnt alot.We work from home and only go into the office once a month for a strategy session.I meet with my team every morning for a catch up call and with my managers every 2nd afternoon to discuss the debtors age analysis.We are a close team and like to tackle issues as they arise.I enjoy working remotely and I have learnt alot about the IT solutions world.The most challenging is the tight deadlines.

Pros: Great company for growth Flexibility
Cons: Long hours when needed due to tight deadlines

Great Career journey

Great opportunities in terms of Development Relationship with the Co-workers is excellent, we work as a team. I have learnt a lot of technologies e.g Citrix and IT Security Protocols Flexibility, it makes my job easier Employment of Black Females in the technical team.
