Excellent learning curve

Working at Logiman is great. The environment is conducive to be exploratory and yet we normally have a lot of work at a time. The team is as a family, collaborating together. What is challenging is that you are occasionally thrown into the deep end to deliver to the client's requirements with little support.

Cons: Pressure to deliver in very little time frames

Good learning and growing place for young people who want to make their mark in life

I started off as an office assistant and later was given the opportunity to study and learn the craft of technical drawing, was later elevated to position of jnr draughtsman and taught someone behind me the role of an office assistant.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: long working hours(you reap what you sow)
