Tromendous Experience

I have learned quite a lot for working at Lonesome some of the experience I have acquired includes working in the Civil Engineering Industry (Infrastructure - Township developments, Road Construction and Construction of Engineering Services). In the mining industries I have acquired skills such as Rehabilitation of Old areas, Construction of Stockpiles and Rehabilitation of Discard Dump sites. I am very familiar with the Safety Management systems of both Eskom and Exxaro Coal mines.

Good learning experience

I was appointed as an Civil technician,it's was a good experience to work in the construction and engineering industry, duties surveyin,steel fixing, shuttering, concrete casting, laying bridge beams.scaffolding,laying pipes, earth works, supervision, brick works, administrations, road layer works, gabions and civil laboratory lab(slump test, concrete sampling, field densities testing and crushing concrete cubes)

Time management

I have dealt with a pressured environment, with deadlines. Time management which played a big role. Ability to understand different kinds of behavior with clients.

Pros: Place for four positions in a period of four years.
Cons: Yes if needed I worked weekends.

Stuck in one place

Not properly utilized according to my education. No recognition done for great performances on work done buy the employees and no annual bonuses. Company doesn't give its employees opportunities for furthering their studies

Pros: No opportunities for being promoted
Cons: Long working hours with less pay
