Working with a larger rental portfolio of over 450 properties.
Loading of new adverts · Signing of Mandates · Credit vetting of rental applications · Drawing up of Leases · Renewal of all Lease Agreements and drawing up the necessary addendums. · Dealing with the payments and invoicing of repairs, municipal accounts, rates, levies and all rental payments to owners. · Sending out letter of demands for late payments and following up on arrear payments. Sending Move out letters to ensure tenants understand their moving out responsibilities and deposit repayment conditions and time frame. · Reconciling of deposits and paying out of deposits · All filling and other admin related duties · Systems used : PAYPROP, TPN, CMA, SEARCHWORKS · Dealing with complaints and resolving with solutions from both owners and tenants.
