Excellent learning curve

i work as the receptionist and i also do secretarial duties, since Lovedale is having some learnerships then i also work as the project assistant, my relationship with my co-workers is very good because we always work as a team. i 've learnt so much things in working with people a swell as customers. what i enjoy most is to do secretarial duties such as taking minutes in the meetings, making appointments for my manger, arrange transport for staff, make and accommodation bookings for the staff. the most challenging aspects is when you have to deal with unhappy customer but you have to stay calm because customer is always right.

GOOD

Research is the core, running day to day of the office my duties included, every day lesson plan for final year students, 6 hours lecturing everyday, I have learnt professionalism and good working ethics. Planning for every lesson including research is the most I am enjoying at the moment. Yes challenges are there but one must have the way of facing and overcome them.

Pros: promotion
Cons: Abnormal working hours only during the pick period.

Excelent

I have learnt to be independent. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and my supervisor. I always do my best to equip learners and do their best in order for them to get AT qualification. Even though sometimes learners are challenging, I manage to keep level of professionalism and do my best without being intimidated.

Exellent Learning Curve

I am self-motivated with well - developed communication skills, planning, organizing, and controlling abilities. I have been always considered as punctual and dedicated. Willing to learn and adapt to new environment. I always make sure that I meet my deadlines in time. I make use of every minute to learn everything I can. I am a well-mannered and hard working person who performs her duties well and also willing to work under pressure.

Pros: Great oppotunity for promotion
Cons: Lots of paperwork
