I am an expert in my field for I control all the income and invoice all the debtors.

I have worked myself up in my position to where I can no longer grow. I do the prices for all the clients. Allocate all the deliveries to each individual client. Send out figures every day to management. Balance with every debtor on month end. Invoice every single debtor for month end. It's hectic during month end for I single handedly handle everything from delivery notes to queries right through to invoicing. People are friendly however it is a family business. I work from 7:30 to about 16:40 with an hour lunch which I don't take on month ends. I have gained a lot of experience i my field and with excel and word. I love solving problems and working with figures. Most challenging is working alone in my department. The pressure gets too much at times with no back up.

Pros: Salary is ok for the lowveld.
Cons: No increases or bonusses. Can never take leave for no one can do my job.

Excellent learning Curve

1) very busy with a multiple things to do 2) had a very good relationship will all staff members at all levels 3) I have learned more at this Company than anywhere else 4) I enjoyed the relationship and friendships formed while working at the Company 5) Having to work with young people that think the new everything.

Pros: Good and caring Company
Cons: Not willing to listen to problems
