Create personal files for new starters and ensure that all documentation is present and complete. Administering all Human resource office work. Conduct Induction & Orientation of newly appointed employees. Enter new starter information onto the relevant systems. Responsible for arranging induction sessions. Request employment references for all new starters. Hand out payslips each month. Updating employees information on HR pastel Receiving timesheet, leave forms, Processing of recruitment & selection (appointment, short listing, employment application) Interpretation of policies. Capturing employees qualification for recheck Recruitment processes. Capturing of salary schedule & millage for all entities of LTE Holdings. Updating employment equity report monthly

WORK CHALLENGES
the most important aspect of my job which i enjoined was the recording of the financial aspect, supervising junior staff on filling. i also enjoyed the preparation and the control of the financial budget of the company ( monthly, annually). it was l also intreasting to work with project managers, where i was responsible for working out the project management fees on their respective projects and the billing of the clients ( Invoicing). i was also maintaining their operational budget so that they do not exceed their budget. we had monthly meetings where i would share the company financial information about where we are concerning the targets that we set for our selves. the challenging part was the collection of revenue where our some of our clients do not pay on time however with persistence from my side whey will eventually pay. we were getting along very well with fellow collegues and stafff.
Pros: There are prospects for promotion to more senior positions in my field , provided that one work hard on their current job.
Cons: the work has tight deadlines and that means putting more hours of work

Excellent Exposure and Growth
Planning was the core duty of my daily activities. This assisted immensely in making a progress report and completing the sites assigned to me in time. Diversity enhanced my interpersonal skills. My daily job included monitoring, coordination, leading and overseeing the progress of the project and sites which were assigned on each team.
Pros: Excellent exposure, being provided the opportunity of being mentored by highly qualified experts in the engineering industry. Technical and technological development. Professional growth.
Cons: Autocratic leadership, stressful environment

I have learnt a lot about coordinating projects and supervising people. I have a vast of experience in consulting ,manufacturing, engineering and administration experience
