Not learning curve
No review, very hard demanding jobs, long hours, good relationships with workers, multiple cultural groups, very long hours working without proper time for relaxation

I do safety because it's within Me, it's something I love and company structure or challenged could never get me down. So I give it my all on a day to day basis.

Room for learning
Tender Admin, filing, site briefing attendance, typing, receiving calls, taking messages. I work individually and as a team. I get on with everyone. I currently study project management online ill gain more experience on this company since we deal most with projects.
