Excellent learning cure

I have n very good relationship with co workers. I do so much of administration per day and varies. Ive learnt so much of everything regarding administration, PA and office assistant among other. I enjoy the edge of making deadlines. Submitting a tender on time is very challenging specially when its submitted out of town. Time management has become a skill

Always busy, problem solving, meeting daily deadlines

Due to the fact that the company is growing continuously, have to deal with many labour relations issues, salaries and wages disputes and problem solving. My relationship with co workers is probably not that good due to the fact that they don't like to part take or engage in coming up with solutions and assisting with work load. I have learned so much here from how to solve problems and assist clientele in a professional manner. HR department and admin side of it. I have learned how to handle conflicts and to resolve them in a good manner. I enjoy the dynamic it entails always anticipating what could be next and how i would handle it. The challenge is to chase payments from our customers. And to actually beg our staff to do their job.

Learning curve

It was great,Learning to work fast and handling pressure ,it improved my intropersonal skills. Handling pressure of deadlines for slaries nd interacting with other employees learning from each other as well
