Payroll is my passion

I am doing payroll for more than 10years. this is my passion not just a job. But financially I have to look at a better income Indeed a better income a tipical work day that I would prefer to work is 8h00 to 16h00 I have a good relationship with all my co workers, but prefer not to do small talk during working hours I have done basic VIP courses in classic and premier, I love report writing a lot but payroll also Equity and skills development is the most challenging to give proper significant reports on time and in time

Pros: very good Boss who looks after his employees
Cons: This is a small company and you can not ask for more pay if you know of heart the company can not afford to give such high increases

Passionate about payroll career

payroll with all the reports that need to be done for UIF EMP201 EQUITY COIDA & SDL submissions and the whole payroll system from collecting hrs right trough to payslips

Pros: petrol allowance
Cons: do not mind long working hrs. But prefer to connect from home after hrs and work in my own safe enviroment rather than be out late at night on the road.
