I have learned and gained experience of working with difficult employees and customers

In learning how to use tact and be patient and calm in every situation even if you are in the right it has helped me better understand myself and made me realize how much potential i have and how i can also inspire and counsel others in dealing with any kind of difficult situation..

Pros: A passionate heart opens up many doors of climbing the ladder of sucess
Cons: Working long hours as and when the need arises is showing dedication to your work.

It is quite an experience to work in this company .

It can be a challenge sometimes to work with drivers and passengers. Passengers complain about drivers ,drivers complain about drivers and sometimes we would have a breakdown/ shutdown on the tracking device as I activate on my phone. With all these challenges I would have to run and take corrective action as soonest and also give feed back to management. What I am enjoying the most is the cooperation I get from all parties and the interaction and sense of responsibility instilled amongst the drivers
