Good for starting career

My man management skills have improved, work ethics grown, and have grown as a person. My decision making and skills have grown in abundance. I also have learned how to manage and handle customer complaints and isues.

Day to day duties

8 hour shift. Monitor and supervise Quality inspectors. Compile reports. Perform product audits, and give feedback to all stakeholders. Continues Training of subordinates. Client site visits. Work well with colleagues, since I am a team player. Maintain good communication across. I have learned time management and decision taking. I enjoy the day to day challenges that come with the job because It always drives me to achieve more. Having to explain to the customer if there are quality failures.

Pros: Leaning more and accepting more responsibilities
Cons: Putting more hours

I see this as an opportunity for growth, learning curve,exposure to new environment.

I am open minded and always strive to achieve set goals and objectives. I am currently looking to grow my career and this is an excelent platform to achieve it. I am people's person and have good and prooven management skills.
