By improving my skillies and abilities and self dicipline play a big roll if you respect

By working as a team give me chances to learn and understand different people and their cultures and also improving my skills in varios ways at different places .I did enjoy to work with different people because I have learn more. More challeges that come across is to work work with people who do not have a vision why he is working beside that he is going to earn money at the end of the month

Pros: I appriciate to get promotion because that means my skill is improving
Cons: I don t mind to work long hours because that shows how I am intrested with my job

Experience of 14 years in the field

Instructing the daily work need to be done,good communication skills and problem solving skills with the staff,to work as team it gives me the opportunity to learn different people with their different culture,the most thing that I enjoy is to be discipline and pay respect to my superior and the challenges that was aspect by the company is the good production at the end of the day

Pros: by willing to learn more skills to make the company growing up
Cons: by long working it's start by negotiations whether they going to pay for that extra hour or not
