Excellent learning provider

the factory works from 7:30 to 16:15 weekdays with breaks in-between. A very good working relationship with my co-workers has been formed since the beginning of my employment in the company. Being part of a team that is responsible for the continuous improvement projects has taught me how to work within a group, plan the projects, implementation and how to work around obstacles that may come about. I enjoy working with the people and seeing some of ideas form part of the bigger plan of the company.

It is a learning curve

The company I work for is a large company and has branches in three provinces. Cape Town,Johannesburg and Durban. The head office is in Cape Town. And the mass producing branch is Johannesburg which is where I'm based working as a sales Secretary doing quotes,placing orders of equipment being ordered by large retail companies. I do stationery,typing minutes being in charge for the cleaning services as well.

Pros: It closes during December holidays
Cons: They don't look after their employees and no opportunity for growth

Willing to learn

All admin and PA duties for 4 Directors All marketing duties (client gifting / social media/ reports / database management / all company events/ Company Clothing/ Website Management). Basic accounting (recon of credit cards) Stock take. Property rental agreements and Advertising. Monthly office shopping. Vehicle transfers and renewals. Timesheets monthly and Performance appraisals quarterly. Yearly donations. Olive oil sales and marketing. ‐ Building relationships.

Pros: Learn something new every day..
Cons: Negative environment
