Fast learner and can take on anything given to me

Its been awesome working at Macdonald Steel and I saw myself retiring at the company in 9 years time, I get on well with all the co-workers and consider myself as a likable person. I have learnt at lot at the company with being able to assist in different sections through out my career. Whilst working on debtors my most challenging aspect of the job was balancing the cash book and bank recon on a daily basis. Due to the recent restructuring of the company, my position has not become a part-time payroll position of which they have now offered me half of what I was earning. I simply cannot accept this offer, hence the reason that I am already seeking alternative employment. Should I accept their offer, it will be hard to find another part time position to make up the balance of what I was earning.

Pros: Office was only 4.5 km from my home.
Cons: Reduction in salary

Hard worker

it was good to work in such a good place and environment that has different co-workers in department and serving our customers huge different steels and cutting according small and big size. i learn to work with people sharing i dies that was a biggest task debating as team so i learn more things that i enjoy to working there we able to communicate as co-workers and with our customer advise them about safety when working with dangerous steel

Cons: overtime
