PRINTING

MACMA COMPANY IS BASED ON PRINTING CLOTHES BAGS AND LASER WORK.I WAS A PICKER AND A PACKER FOR ME IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE OF KNOWING HOW TO PRINT USING INK AND LASER MACHINE .I HAD GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS UNDERSTANDING AND EACH OTHER AND RESPECTING EACH OTHER ND OUR JOB TITTLE.THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT WAS WASHING SCREENS THE CHEMICAL IS TOO STRONG.

Competitive within the production and manufacturing industry

A typical work day includes spear heading staff,buying,quality controll,estimation and planning and adhering to strict deadlines.I have a direct relationship with management and staff with a more hands on approach learning about competition in the in the industry and finally client expectation and satisfaction.I enjoy working in a challenging environment were clients specifications,equiries,quality and deadlines matters the most.
