Excellent challenges accomplished

Personality : Very open and honest/sociable/believe in open communication. I like working in a trustworthy, happy environment.I believe in motivating my staff and doing training. I enjoy a challenge especially when I accomplish my set goal. Working at Macneil earned me lots of respect form senior as I was challenges to clean up another branch book and I did.

Pros: Very assertive, honest, trustworthy
Cons: Donot like being policed

Too much pressure, oppression and demotivation from management.

Too much pressure from management, lack of skill and understanding of human behavior. Incompationate and colour ai still most dominant in the business. ch

I would like to receive a better working oportunity

Working for Macneil is not really a joy ride, it hurts t see people who haven't worked for the company for three months yet they get promoter and you're still seated at the same old seat. Even though they will say it is not about color, yet all the other people who are not of my skin get promoted or hired for higher positions. I have the best internal sales team, they are hard working and they just make my day at work worth it. I have learned that time waits for no man here at macneil. I do not have any challenges with my job

Pros: I have seen people training new employees only so they can manage them, so no I do not think there is great opportunity for growth or promotion. It only depends who you are or who you know. Sad, yet true.
Cons: Too far from home
