The atmostphere at work is good; everybody is freindly ; i have learnt lot of things since i join the company ;social and profesional life; the most challenging part of my job is when you have lot of creditors that are over 30 days to be paid, one must be very careful to avoid that and priotise the work deligently.

Excellent learning curve

Working I. The financial industry is very challenging yet exciting as you never know what to expect. Dealing with a wide variety of debtors and learning as well as assisting them on payment plans to settle the debt. As challenging as it can get I always remain calm and positive. Over the years my co-workers have become like family and we always know how to encourage each other motivate each other. That to be rude with a client is not always a way as that client understands the nature of the call and the fact that financially he/she is in trouble so the tender to be rude very rude. But then just to stay professional and assisting the debtor is all possible ways. When I settled a deal that makes me a happy consultant as I'm reaching target my superiors are happy and I have a debt free client on the phone who was happy with my service. When you have a bad month not reaching target and the debtors the promised to pay delay and you pushing for time to reach your target.

Pros: Learning alot with each call that's made.
Cons: Money is not enough

I am looking for a new challenges, I want to advance my career

am hard worker, passionate, consistent and disciplined,I am a very committed worker, I love challenges and I have the will to succeed. I am a motivated person. I have the ability to learn fast which will facilitate the training period. can work under a lot of pressure. I am a persistence person and I don’t give up very easily. My dependability. I can make a decision under a lot of pressure (good decision maker) I can be able to work with little/no supervision, willing to learn new things.

Pros: I love challenges and I have the will to succeed
Cons: I can be too committed to my work and don’t spend enough time with other social activities. I work too hard. I care too much about my work.
