Great place to gain experience

The company culture is great but there is a lot of micromanagement from managers, teams do not get to make their own decisions as the management always has the final say. Great place to learn as a junior only, get the experience you need and get out.

Excellent learning curve

I'm doing this application because I have a background in electrical engineering so that why I wish to engedged my self with your Company so that I can learn more in my field , I have S1to S4 P1&P2, so by the way I have a national Diploma and couples of experience on my field so firstly I worked for Zufi Investments as an eletrician assistant, and Diebold sa as ATM Technician, I went to Zimisele Logistics and Power Projects as Electrical Technician and now I'm at Magna business Consulting as an Electrician.

Cons: Long working hours
