My working relationship with my co-workers is great. The work load is usually a lot in the mornings and very slow after lunch. When you start you learn a lot but after a month almost everything becomes a routine

Pros: I have developed a number of valuable skills over the course of my career, including accurate capturing of work, attention to detail, working under pressure and meeting daily deadlines. I have also learned valuable excel skills while working in the Transfer Agency Department at Maitland.
Cons: Currently I am working as an Administrator in the Accounting & Reconciliations team for the same company. I am responsible for processing daily payments and debit orders. I am also preparing bank reconciliations, uploading payments & debit orders onto banking platform, posting journals and uploading pastel files

I am eager to learn and always willing to help
I am a flexible young lady, working good with the team and also I can manage alone. I always meet my deadline. having a good relationship with my co-workers it is easy to do my work because as we are different teams, but we need to work together in order to reach our goal.what I have learnt is that it is a big challenge to work with different people from the different background but to be calm and always willing to learn that will help you.

I learnt about how to communicate with the clients and meet dead lines
It was an amazing company for me whereby i met different people with different cultures and its when the tolerance applied. The people i worked with was so special and we hard the same goal of keeping customers happy all the time. What liked the most about my job is that it was challenging and i dealt with different clients.

I am a confident, hard working individual
Please find my cv attached. My background has mainly been in administration with Maitland Fund Services. I started working for Maitland as a junior accountant, and have growth through the ranks over the years to my current role of Operations manager in the hedge funds department. I have also worked for an Asset manager, Corion Capital which contributed a lot to my industry knowledge and client experience. Some of the tasks in my current role include managing the production team of about 25 people, making sure the team is adequately resourced, and keeping track of all the deliverables of the team. This also includes preparing KPI reports on a monthly basis for our clients and presenting these on the monthly client meetings. I am a confident, hard working individual, who always strives for perfection and success. I believe my experience and personality would be suitable for the role advertised.

Good performance
The day at Maitland becomes very busy. As we work with deadlines and each person knows what is required for him or her to do. I have a good relationship with my colleagues. i am a team player. we work so well together. They do assist when i need help with something, as we do buddy checking before processing anything. i have learnt to double check before doing anything. i have learnt to always ask when u dont have something. I enjoy the most of keeping learning something new. they do make assurance that i know work,. Challenges are being taken every day. The most challenging of this job is the investigation when there is a query, and i dont know what happened. theta where the problem starts.

Maitland was an excellent training ground for many post graduates.
A typical day would start off with a team meeting of all Service Desk Agents going through and analysing current calls and any issues that are still outstanding. Report back would involve users clients CRM's and Operations Manager.I typically undertook to have a personal relationship with each of my employees knowing their hot buttons,and it can be a fun experience, a good attitude coupled with a sense of humour I have learnt that when you trust people you instill confidence and also empower them, however we need to be sober in our accountability and not micro-manage them.Part of the enjoyment was finding solutions and resolving clients. Challenging part was dealing with various departments and different personalities and agreeing on best practices or best way forward and to be open to alternative thought processes at the end of the day it was a comprehensive team effort that was the most satisfying.
Pros: Great opportunity for gaining experience in the Financial back office industry
Cons: Pressure driven levels of service with inadequate methods of communication coupled with high staff turnover.

Excellent place to learn
Relationships in this organisation are key to success. They offer great flexibility and doors are always open. It is a very fast paced environment and therefore there is great opportunity to learn if you are willing. I enjoy the relationships the most. There is very little capital investment which makes growth in the company challenging.
