Learning Curve

- We are busy throughout the day - I get along well with my co-workers - I have a lot in my working experience at this company - I enjoy working with different people. Everyday I learn something new and meet new people. - I like the challenges that we face it is a good experience. I like challenges when the students query about their subjects and their payments.

Pros: opportunity for growth
Cons: Normal working hours

Excellent

I am a facilitator Agriculture am also doing assessments on learner-ship I am working hand in hand with my team facilitators am also studying at Unisa as a need to upgrade my career

Pros: I enjoy working at Majuma College
Cons: hours are not the issue as we must do extra when needed

It been a good learning experience for me but would like to learn more

to this point it still love working with my colleagues, getting up in the morning has never been this easy and the great working conditions I work under. But seeing myself in future got me thinking about certain responsibilities I need to fulfil and I cant because of my position am doing at this company and not seeing any progress with me and the company in the future. New experiance is what I really need right now.
