*I do typing from 8H30 to 11H00 every Monday and Wednesday and after that l photocopying of Office documents and on Tuesday and Thursday l do filling. *I enjoyed working with different people with different cultures and speaking other languages such as zulu and Ndebele and l have learnt a lot from those cultures. *The most challenging aspects of the job is that since 2008 in the field l started filling in 2016.

Pros: I'm a hard working person who like my job
Cons: l'm willing to work overtime if requested

Communication skills

I learned a lot to communicate with people, able to work as a team. Interact with parents and management team, I have learned to be able to follow protocol, able to engage to the team and be able to grab chances and grow in the business, I love the conducive environment to have healthy interpersonal

Pros: Growing in the industry and learn more
Cons: Long working hours

I'am a hard working person and l'm willing to work overtime and work underpressure

*On Monday l'm doing typing and Tuesday l'm doing capturing of learners into SASAMS. *Wednesday and Thursday l'm doing filling and l enjoy working with my colleagues, l take them like my friends and some l call them my love and they don't have stress with that and even-though some are older than me but we are like one family and l have learnt a lot from them and they are respecting me and l did so as well. The most challenging thing with these school is that we have 1 300 learners and l must capture them all on the computer and some they come to school even-though they don't registered with the school.

Pros: I am working under SGB and l was willing to have a permanent job
Cons: I'm willing to work extra time and l'm a hard worker
