I've learned a lot about engineering, and different client needs

I am an honest, puntual and competent person and I am a quick thinker. I can maintain confidentiality, work within a team, can work under pressure, willing to work overtime. And enjoy meeting different people, I know ethics plays an important role in business. I'm responsible for keeping the reception area tidy at all times, welcome visitors, operate the switchboard, bind documents, prepare faxes and letters. Scanning documents. Manage my boss's diary, responsible for travelling bookings. I've learned how to prepare tender documents, fill them, google different municipalities in search of tendering jobs.

I learned so much about engineering from gravel roads, to maintenance, quotations ect

Manage the reception area, welcome visitors, operate the switchboard, making sure bills are paid monthly, manage petty cash, manage and order stationery, manage my boss's diary, arrange travelling. I have a good working relationship with all my co-workers working as a team to meet deadlines. I have learned how to fill tender documents, checking the newspaper every day for tendering jobs and deal with clients. I enjoy preparing tender documents and binding them, checking the newspaper every day or google municipalities for tender jobs. Meet different people. And the most challenging jobs are preparing many tender documents whereby we work even at night.
