Good exposure

I have learnt how to use a dashboard, back office and good problem solving. Willingness to take risks. I have consistency in stock handler. Good knowledge of work ethics, norms, values shared between the members of the organisation

Pros: It has good exposure to youth development programs. Multitasking also has contributed a lot to my gaining of experience.
Cons: 8hours per day

Strong Support System

- You cannot plan your day, responsibilities get too much. - I try to build healthy relationships with people, especially my subordinates but I don't get the same treatment from them. - I have learnt how to manage people and working in all divisions across the store. - I am a very strong admin person, I enjoy working around all our systems. - Management of authority.

Makro is a where I'm working good but i am looking forward to join other companies. And i think once you survive at Makro it mean i can survive anywhere.

Reasonable salary motivates

A hard working individual who can with or without any supervision as long as the job is stipulated what is it and being shown how to do it .gopd working environment with good pay ..workibg with in a friendly environment from top to lowrer management

Customer relationship

It's a good atmosphere to work, co-workers are great people despite our differences. I learn something new ones in a while. Dealing with customers the information you have is not always the end there is actually more to it. The information you provide to the customers how it brings a smile to them and they know that they came to the right place. What I enjoy the most is the different suppliers and how they compete in style elegance and prices. The most challenging aspects of the job is learning how the business is generating profits an losses.

Pros: There is a slight chance of promotion
Cons: The hours are long compared to the salary
