It is a good place to be, there is always a room to learn and advance yourself within the perimeters, working with all kind of characters where one needs to humble himself and do the job as per requirements and displaying of all skills and capabilities, overall in good relationship with co workers, have learnt tgat customers are to be treated as kings and queens,the most challenging part is to satisfy both at one that is the manager and the customer.

friendly, disciplined, I love working with people and can handle pressure and meet required deadlines. very supportive to my fellow colleagues. I have learnt the sense of urgency and have been executing my customer service skills very well. my efforts were always noticed by my seniors

I have proven my Motivation and Operational Skills. Most of my professional experience has been in organizations in which I’ve successfully manage myself as well as leading teams to achieve a common purpose. Proven leadership skills, strong organizational skills, critical team-building attributes, the ability to guide, lead and direct the appropriate resources to maximize productivity to achieve business objectives as well as to provide superior customer service.

Great working environment and excellent for gaining experience
This is an environment where one learns on a daily basis because you meat new people daily, deal with different characters from both clients and colleagues. It gives an electrifying experience since you deal with not only making sales but also have to solve problems whenever they arise and ensure that clients are always excited even after the initial service. It's also nice because it teaches one on how to deal with different attitudes and characters positively on a daily basis, especially colleagues because it's not easy to anticipate how your colleagues will behave on a daily basis. Challenges faced are mostly coming with customer expectations, which normally have to be met or a compromise has to be made for a customer to be happy.

A company with a good reputation to up- hold at all times.
I liaise with our respective departnents and our suppliers daily either personally, telephonically or via emails. I have to presentable at all times and I strive to keep good relationship with everyone I work with even though there are days that feels not normal. I sometimes feel like too comfortable in one place is not good, that's why I need a change. I enjoy helping customer queries though sometimes standing between supplier and customer can be hard because there are rules guiding suppliers and CPA governing customers.
Pros: Any one can grow and we don't work weekends and public holidays.
Cons: Long hours as we start 07:30am to 17:00pm daily.
