Am a hardworker working at busy place working and meeting with different people in different days, ive learned new things mostly in customer service.

Excellent working environment

In makro store i use to for 8 to 9 hours a day depend on number of customers present in shop. My position was to assist customers and end front to pack there items in proper manner and faster to avoid long ques. Customer service, how cutomers must be treated strategies to attract customer thru selling of goods like electronic washing machine to office selling materials. I enjoyed seeing different people everyday with different interest, ambitions and challenges. The most challenging aspect is standing on till for long hours, knocking of late after all customers has left and running around to look for item bar codes if it was removed unintentional.

Im doing days counts

I am a male of 30 years of age,a very good interpersonal relations ,my last year in tertiary education and I am doing Logistics and Supply chain management course in Intec College,I worked for 7 years in Retail stores and I am holding Wholesale and Retail Operations certificate.

Pros: To increase sales
Cons: I am working 8 hours a day and at Sunday we are working 11 hours
