Learning and development opportunities, benefits of employment are good

Working at Makro Woodmead has been the most best expirience for me and i have gain the company trust and of the employees as I usually work closely with the employees and i have learnt so much over the past two years working here, I deal with a variety of functions and as a results I have proven to be competed in every task .

Excellent learning curve

A normal day would be receiving internal and external calls from customers who wants to check stock and be assisted on quotes ,customers information updates and booking servise calls.In my years at call centre I have learned more about customer service because you need to service customers to their satisfaction and I enjoy being in an office environment helping customers because that is what keeps customers in business.

Pros: Makro is a very big company which requires flexibility and meeting deadlines to satisfy customers.

A day in retail solutions

A typical day at work is like a flow of people working together towards a common goal.my relationship with co-workers is a pleasant yet professional one.i have learnt its not always as easy to put a smile on your face when dealing with an outrageous customer.

Pros: Improvement of communication skills
Cons: The customer is always right
