Excellent learning curve, willing to work, fantastic people skills and willing to put in everything

You have to work well with others which I do, you have to be a game player and you need fantastic people skills, you also need to keep your admin and paper work up to date on a daily basis. Keep recruiting clients and sell court space.

Pros: People skills increase and admin skills
Cons: Long working hours
