* in our working environment, you need to be able to work under pressure and with your work colleagues, * you must be able to work with a good pace with consists of admin work and also dealing with people's debts face to face and over the telephone, * I come across very out going and easily to gel with as I mind my business and also keep a professional work relationship with all colleagues, * the part that I enjoy the most of my job, is the connection and the trust I build with people, the joy of helping someone through their financial difficulty, * the job as a debt advisor/debt counsellor, you will Havre your up's and down's as most client wouldn't want to pay towards their debts, how ever you put a smile on your face,stay motivated and keeping pushing like there's no tomorrow

Pros: Great Salary, and the best part is helping people in their time of need
Cons: No room for growth

It a place you can learn

it great place to work if you a student .there are no benefit like provided fund,medical aid.the staff is welcoming.the only i enjoy the most we don't work weekends.

Personality.vibe and volume

As a financial advisor we need to be always focused andand also have a good communication skills and being a good problem solver and also be a hard worker

Pros: I've learnt that we are not just a sales advisor only by we also being a social workers . where by you need to adice a client even in their personal issues
Cons: We work 7.30am till 4.30pm

Working as a team

I think its very exciting to work in environment where you are able to laugh and have a conversation with other people, it refreshes and gives an opportunity for an individual to expand and develop new skills.

Excellent Learning Experience

The most challenging aspect for me was to sell a service not a product but due to the humble and patient Team Leaders i have i have learnt my way around the pitch. A typical work day starts off at 08h00 where i go to my team leader and ask what i will be doing today. Due to my vast experience and abillity to learn quickly on an average day iwould generate sales from 08h00 to 11h00 take lunch when i come back i would verify sales that have been already made .

Good company to work for . Acquire a lot of skills and knowledge. Management treats all employees fairly and equally . Opportunities for growth are there.

working at mamela consulting has been good i have learned alot working withi people, i really enjoy the team work we normally have. challenge is that you get to work on weekends aswell.
