Excellent keeping updated
This job is a volunteer one and I do not have a salary. I work for around 20 - 25 hours a week. During my shift, I deal with patients consultations and procedures at the casualty. Occasionally, I can assist to the theatre. Relationship with co-workers is fine as I know how to work in team. I really like it as I learn every day and keep myself updated, despite the fact that I do not have a salary.

Exellent learning curve
To work I government is good and gives an exposure because the establishment is big with diversity and different category. As an individual we learn more and able to deal with complicated and complex cases. You are also given a a level of responsibility to make decision which also build up ones confidence and leadership skills. What I have learned more is policy development, presentation skills, problem solving skills, deal with complex situation, applying relevant policies and legislature into the public service context. I have learn to work with colleagues in an progressive manner and also to build them in developing themselves as I have work more with internships. The most challenging aspects of the job is when there is no compliance with the policy and you reiterate to managers time after time but still encounter the same problem. But we keep on assist every body to understand the importance of compliance to the policies and give them necessary support.
Pros: work under pressure, learn more and pull all the string to gain knowledge.
Cons: an enviornment which does not develop me

It was good working environment. I was in leadership program . I have good relationship with my co- workers. I learn a lots from( transit , warehouse, buying and assets )department. What I have enjoyed most is when we have crisis and I fixed them .The most challenging aspects of my job is found the good supplier who deliver in time . I have learn that to be appointed in the department I most pay a manager or sleep with the manger , if you don't do this two things you won't be appointed . they don't care about your hard work.
