I am a confident communicator;I can work under pressure and meet deadlines

I mostly enjoying to work with people and helping them with the information I know,for example -twice a week I am teaching labours about health and safety. I am also enjoying doing time sheet for labours and uif .The challenge is to be flexible at work because working with different people everyday reached me something that all of them are different in their behavour.The most challenge is to deal with drunken labours at work and that resulting me to give them warning.

Pros: I am looking forward that one day I hope I will be an Administrator

Excellent growth enabler

It is a family run company. With that comes it's own challenges. The staff are nice people, hard workers and caring people. The environment and the people in charge were enough to dim even that little spark the company had. People are treated as if they are being done favors for being employed. Treatment of staff is also not the same and it's apparent to everyone. I have learnt a lot from the multitude of work I was and am currently buried with. The pay for the amount of work I do Is little, but overtime is also not paid. I have learnt how to operate two accounting system and I am still planning on studying further.

Pros: Learnt a lot
Cons: Long working hours and poor employee treatment.
