Great exposure

The people in the company are very friendly and helpful. The company has values which they show a lot. They are also very good at using the internet for communication and they are big on training

Short cuts are totally not acceptable

I am young professional person who's pushing safety as a first priority all the time at work place, I have a skill on cranes, mobile, crawler and overhead Cranes. Jack and slide rigging 4 point system jacks. Eath moving equipment, loading and securing Working on running plant, eg vonveyor belts, and hot pipes, Sasol, Natreff, Eskom and smelters.

Pros: Lot of challenges because you always experience new things, in different environments so you will be forced to adapt very quickly.
Cons: We do work 12 hours or more daily up 60 hours weekly, but out of South Africa maybe even more.
