Learn alot. But there is alot of mis treatment

There is alot of mis treatment with in the business. There are favourites and if you are not among them. Your job gets threatened and you are told you are not good enough.

High-pressure work environment

The work atmosphere can be pleasant at times, but the management's mercurial moods leads to tension and undue pressure that can lead to lower productivity. Not an ideal workplace if you're not able to perform under pressure. Co-workers are wonderful, and I have had some enjoyable times working with them. Because of the size, you get to wear many hats in the company, but this also leads to higher, sometimes unfair, workloads and an uncompromising expectation of perfection.

Pros: Lots of experience to be gained
Cons: Low salaries
